Right, well I very, very nearly missed May when it comes to my Sneak of the Month. If you follow me on social media then you’ll know it’s been a pretty busy month for me and that I’m currently in England having watched my team lose at Wembley on Saturday. *sigh*
Anyway, I’ll keep it short and sweet seeing as it’s been a bit delayed. In the next week or so I’ll be giving away another R1000 of Shelflife vouchers, and whoever wins can get a nice little helping hand on their next pair of kicks.
This month I’ve chosen a very fresh, very clean pair of kicks as my #SneakOfTheMonth:
Nike Air Presto – White
So these bad boys are so very white. So white that I’d suggest getting some Crep Protect with them if you’re going to buy them. Just to make sure they stay as clean as they should be.
I like these trainers because they’re very versatile. They look great with a pair of jeans, but are probably one of the comfiest shoes Nike have made and are therefore great for running in too.
Another nice little thing about these is that they’re great for anybody with wide feet. They’re really snug but not in an uncomfortable way. They pretty much fit to your feet. That, and they look great.
My Take: 8/10
Contrary my last month’s kicks, the Prestos are bright and really stand out. If you’re someone who likes people to ask you about your shoes, then these are just for you. Look good, feel good.
SNEAK FACT!!! – The rubber outsole of the Presto is crafted from the scrap material leftover from manufacturing other Nike footwear, and is ‘environmentally preferred’.
